Pemuteran Bay Festival is an annual event which cover all forms of cultural arts and environmental preservation: Community Based Coral Reef Conservation with Biorock Technology, Heritage Culture Gebug Ende, Beach Art Parade, Art Contests and Culture, and Art and Craft Production Exhibition in order to improve the quality of community-based, cultured, environmentally-based tourism based on Tri Hita Karana. This event is held on November, 22. It usually will be opened with a festive cultural fanfare.
